The Eros Lamp's shade is a complex curve bent in wood. To achieve the form, a pattern is cut into 3mm plywood allowing it to bend in two directions. The sheet is then wrapped around a CNC-milled mold, whos shape is offset by the material's thickness, resulting in the precise gemetry.
